Dr. LaRon Phillips
Supervising Psychiatrist
Dr. LaRon Phillips, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with approximately 15 years of experience and has served the United States Veteran Services, the California Department of Corrections, and various inpatient /outpatient psychiatric settings. His expertise includes but not limited to crisis management, medication management, community mental services, and psychotherapy. He graduated from the University of Tennessee college of Medicine and completed his residency at Meharry Medical College and the University of Illinois. As a researcher, a lecturer, and clinician he brings unparalleled expertise in the management of different psychiatric conditions across the lifespan.

Dr. Vahid Osman
Supervising Psychiatrist
Dr. Vahid Osman, MD is a multi-state board-certified psychiatrist and addiction medicine provider with over 20 years of experience working with ethnoculturally diverse populations with complex psychiatric mental health issues across the lifespan. His visionary leadership and wide-ranging expertise garnered him medical directorship to various organizations including Genesee Lake School, First City Recovery Center, and Reid Health. He is the founder of American Telepsychiatry Associates and Osman Clinic & Associates and is the co-founder of Navis Health. He graduated from Université Hassan II de Casablanca, Morocco, and completed his residency at Austin State Hospital in Texas. His clinical expertise includes but is not limited to providing psychiatric services for patients with developmental disabilities, mental illness, autism spectrum disorder, neurological disorder, and complex trauma.

Carie Ylanan
DNP, PMHNP-BC
Carie Ylanan, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about mental wellness and recovery. She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and was honored with the Dart Opie Award for Clinical Excellence in the Care of the Mentally Ill.
Since 2012, Carie has been dedicated to serving individuals with severe mental illness, often complicated by substance use disorders, in underserved communities. Carie also offers therapy, practical skills training, and coaching to help individuals overcome barriers to mental wellness. She specializes in treating ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and mood disorders.
With a compassionate, holistic, and person-centered approach, Carie is committed to helping her patients achieve lasting mental wellness and recovery.
